Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Regional Animal Shelter Expansion Project; Change Order # 8 in the amount of $26,885.00 to approve existing contract funding for miscellaneous subcontractor scopes of work that are necessary to complete the project based on the original design intent. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers and Owners Contingencies.

Background

Change Order to fund additional concrete, landscape and millwork scopes of work for functionality improvements in paved areas and work spaces, based on RFI’s, ASI’s and Owner meeting discussions.
