Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Price Quotation #624423-1 for a Kronos upgrade in the not-to-exceed amount of $32,085.00, pursuant to US Communities Cooperative Agreement #14-JLR-003, and authorize the purchase.
Background
The service agreement for professional services for this upgrade was approved in court on November 6, 2018. Kronos is requesting that the quote be signed in addition to the agreement that was already approved. The department point of contact is Alison Gleason. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004100. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget.
