Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for the Jail.
Background
This budget amendment is for a Van that was ordered in March 2018 and was scheduled to be delivered in June 2018. The van is still not delivered due to issues with the manufacturing facility. This will reappropirate the funds in the Fiscal Year 2018 budget to the Fiscal Year 2019 budget to pay for the van upon delivery.
