Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Cooperation with Civilian Law Enforcement Officials Agreement between Williamson County Sheriff's Office and Department of Navy not exceed $4,800.00 for the term of 1 year from the date of execution and authorize Commander Tony Carter to execute same on behalf of the Sheriff's Office.

Agreement entered into pursuant to the authority of SECNAV Instruction 5820.7C and NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Instruction 5700.1 for Electro-Optics Loan Program. The purpose of this agreement is to extend Cooperation with Civilian Law Enforcement officials to the maximum extent practicable consistent with the needs of national security and military preparedness, the historic tradition of limiting direct military involvement in civilian law enforcement activities and the requirements of applicable law. The Electro-Optics Loan will be for (12) night vision pocketscopes and (4) Thermal Eye 250D, Thermal Cameras not to exceed one year and estimated cost for loaned equipment is $4,800.00.
