Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Professional Services Agreement between Williamson County and Raba Kistner, Inc. to provide Construction Phase Material Testing & Inspection for the Brushy Creek Regional Trail Project and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

Purchasing solicited an informal Request for Qualifications for materials testing services for the Brushy Creek Trail Project. 3,859 vendors were invited to submit SOQs of which 32 vendors reviewed the solicitation and 3 vendors responded. The responses were evaluated and a PSA was negotiated with the top ranking firm Raba Kistner. Point of contact is Tom Stanfield. Funding will be provided by project funds as needed.
