Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2006 Road Bond Budget Transfer per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to move $2,801,783.28 to RM 620 Phase 2 (P235) from 2006 Road Non-Departmental (P156) of $800,892.21 and RM 620/Rail Road Bridge (P264) of $2,000,891.07 and to move $2,913,677.81 to SH 29 Bypass/Inner Loop Phase I (P453) from SH 195 ROW (P149) of $796,266.87 and 2006 Road Non-Departmental (P156) of $2,117,410.94. Also, to move $43,877.86 from 2006 Road Non-Departmental (P156) to SH 29 Bypass/Inner Loop (P243).
