Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on amending the current Master License Agreement (MLA) between Latitude Geographics and Williamson County to update and bring current the available products of software, data, online services and documentation, and the terms and conditions of use.
Background
The original Master License Agreement (MLA) between Latitude Geographics and Williamson County was signed 5/28/08 by the IT Director. The Amendment 1 brings current the Latitude Product offerings and provides free maintenance and technical support services for qualified products. The original MLA is a part of this submission for background and support and to bring it formally to Commissioners Court for contract capture. There is no cost associated with this Amendment 1. The Williamson County point of contact is George Strebel. The 2019 budget line item description and number is 2019 Geocortex Essentials Enterprise maintenance renewal 01-0100-0503-004505.
