Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on adopting a resolution supporting the application for Homeland Security Grant funding for the 2019 HazMat Monitor Maintenance Project grant #2957205.
Background
This project is submitted annually to the Capital Area Council of Governments Homeland Security Task Force for funding consideration to maintain the current hazardous material monitoring equipment used by the Williamson County HazMat and Regional Response Team. The maintenance of current equipment is a priority at the state and regional level.
