Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contracts between Williamson County and Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. to provide installation of security alarms and cameras at the Lott Building per the terms of Choice Partners Cooperative Contract #18/068 MR to support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and authorizing execution of the agreements.

Background

These agreements are to install security alarms and security cameras at the Lott Building for the Sheriff's Office for the following amounts: a one time fee of $4,197.58 for installation of the alarms plus a quarterly monitoring fee of $98.61 and a one time fee of $9,939.12 for the installation of the cameras. Point of contact is Tom Stanfield. Funding source P508.
