Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Corridor C (SH 29 Bypass) contract between Williamson County and Atkins North American, Inc. relating to the LTP Corridor Program. Project: P459. Funding Source: LTP Corridor.
Background
Compensation Cap is increased from $1,500,000.00 to $4,700,000.00, an increase of $3,200,000.00. This will allow for the exection of a Work Authorization for PS&E. Sub-Consultant Geotechnical Rate Categories (HVJ) are also proposed to be amended to add new rate categories.
