Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of an inter-local agreement with the GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative fo Williamson County's participation in a cooperative purchasing program and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This inter-local agreement will allow Williamson County to participate in the GoodBuy Cooperative Purchasing Program. GoodBuy is maintained by the Texas Region 2 ESC. This cooperative has contracts that Williamson County can utilize to further expand its cooperative procurement program and offer additional cost savings to our County Departments. Due to the County asking to participate in the CO-OP membership, it is required to sign the agreement first.
