Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the lease between Pitney Bowes and Williamson County for a Mail Machine pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #576-18 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This will be located at the GT Annex. The Term of the lease is 60 months with $381.99 due monthly. Rachel Arnold is the point of contact for this transaction. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0453.004212 Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget
