Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and StarCraft Interior Contractor Ltd. to provide Fellert Acoustical Coating Plaster Repair for the Historic Courthouse in the amount of $7,500 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is to furnish materials & equipment to repair the Fellert Acoustical Coating in two locations. Starcraft will furnish a high scaffold and will include rent for up to 4 weeks. Painting of the repairs will not be included. Department point of contact is Bob Lubecker. Funding Source 01.0100.1000.004510.
