Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 2 to the Great Oaks Bridge at Brushy Creek contract between Williamson County and P.E. Structural Consultants, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P270. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
This Contract Amendment increases the compensation cap by $250,000.00. This allows for the execution of Supplemental #3 to Work Authorization #1 which includes the additional efforts for geotech, survey, temporary special shoring, retaining wall redesign, revised TCP and abutment/bent redesign, as well as the additional effort that will be required to update the project to include the new Atlas14 rainfall values.
