Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Celebrino Events, LLC to secure a venue for the Williamson County Tax Office Corporate Retreat in the amount of $800, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement will secure the venue for the Williamson County Tax Office Corporate Retreat. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0499.004232. Funding was approved in the FY 2019 budget. Accounts payable has a process for identifying these type of expenses and booking them to the proper fiscal year. Department contact is Judy Kocian.
