Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving two close-out modification documents relating to the Intergovernmental Services Agreement between Williamson County and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement relating the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility, which was terminated effective January 31, 2019.
Background
The intent of the two modifications is to close-out the Intergovernmental Services Agreement between Williamson County and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement relating the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility due to such agreement being terminated effective as of January 31, 2019. These modifications have been reviewed and approved by the county's subcontractor, CoreCivic, Inc., the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and the Williamson County Auditor's Office.
