Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Crack Seal contract 1704-156 for the term of May 16, 2019 - May 15, 2020, for the same terms, and conditions as the existing contract with Right Pointe as the primary vendor with same pricing, and with Crafco, Inc as the secondary vendor with a requested price increase from $0.376 to $0.495 for Asphalt Rubber part number 34541 due to increase in asphalt raw material cost. The tertiary vendor, Quikrete, was non-responsive to providing required documentation as requested.

The Road and Bridge department submitted Vendor Performance Reports stating contracted vendors met County contract requirements, and request to renew for the second, and last, renewal option period.  Due to the delay in receipt of vendor documentation for requested pricing increase, this contract has been in survivability clause period. The funding source is included and approved in the FY19 budget under Road construction and maintenance line item 01.0200.0210.003599.
