Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #1902-298 Electronic Bidding & Contract Management Solutions to the best overall respondent Negometrix USA Inc. and authorizing execution of the license agreement.

Background

After completion of an RFI (Request for Information) and initial discovery demos to replace the current BidSync electronic bidding system (contract expiring 11/2019), Purchasing solicited proposals for a new electronic bidding and contract management solution. We received nine (9) responses which were thoroughly vetted and evaluated by an evaluation committee. Four (4) vendors were selected to proceed to an interview/demonstration phase in front of a larger evaluation committee. After interviews and an extensive vetting process, Negometrix USA Inc. was selected as the lone finalist and a contract was negotiated for an annual cost of $33,600.00. Department point of contact is Randy Barker. Funding source for FY19 in the amount of $8,400.00 will be 01.0100.0503.004208; Funding source for FY20 in the amount of $25,200.00 will be 01.0100.0503.005741.
