Background
This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of Williamson County contract quantities on the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. Numerous items were deleted or reduced for the following reasons: cost saving efforts, constructability issues, cooler temperatures (due to project ending between Fall and Winter), and COA future landscaping and irrigation plans.
