Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for Ridge at Cross Creek Phase 4 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Ridge at Cross Creek development.  It consists of 64 single family lots and 5,260 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a cash bond in the amount of $96,521.70 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2018-12-18 – 1st review with comments
2019-02-08 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2019-02-08 – 2nd review complete with comments
2019-04-04 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2019-05-16 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared
2019-05-28 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and cash bond in the amount of $96,521.70 for the cost of the remaining construction
2019-05-30 – final plat placed on June 4, 2019 Court agenda for consideration
