Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease agreement between Pitney Bowes and Williamson County for a console kit in the amount of $33.75 per month for sixty (60) months pursuant to Buyboard Contract #576-18, and authorizing execution of the lease agreement.
Background
Approval of this lease agreement will support the operations of the Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 office. This console will provide a stable base for the existing postage machine allowing for accurate weights to be calculated. The lease is for a term of 60 months at a rate of $33.75 per month, billed quarterly at $101.25. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0454.004216. Department contact is Jessica Tiedt.
