Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for PR Bond and Magistrate Department.
Background
With new leadership in place, it has been requested to combine the merit in department 0476 (PR Bond) with the merit in department 0477 (Magistrate). This is much like the accounting practices for other department heads who supervise more than one general fund department. A new department code (8007) has been set up and will serve as a placeholder for the merit remaining in the PR Bond and Magistrate department to afford the same flexibility as extended to other departments.
