Background
The CR 200 project requires TCEQ approval of a Contributing Zone Plan (CZP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of Jones and Carter to submit the needed CZP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
