Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for Commons at Rowe Lane Phase VI B subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next section of the Commons at Rowe Lane development.  It consists of 56 single family lots, 2 landscape lots, 1 drainage & open space lot and 3,393 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,573,920.40 has been posted with Williamson County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.  This subdivision lies within the ETJ of the City of Pflugerville.  It has already been approved by the City of Pflugerville.

2019-01-02 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared
2019-01-04 – receipt of performance bond in the amount of $1,573,920.40 for the cost of the remaining construction
2019-05-21 – receipt of final plat with all signatures and approved by the City of Pflugerville
2019-06-06 – final plat placed on June 11, 2019 Court agenda for consideration
