Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #1903-305 Medical Supplies for Williamson County Jail to the best responsive bidder, Zhou Medical Solutions.
Background
Award of this invitation for bid will support the operations of the Williamson County Jail. 71 suppliers viewed the bid with 11 submitting offers. Upon considering pricing and delivery time it was determined that Zhou Medical Solutions is the best value. Contract term is for twelve (12) months with two (2) optional twelve month renewals. Contract starts upon completion of current contract which ends on 7/6/2019. Expenditures for this IFB will be charged to 01.0100.0570.03200. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget.
