Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on a resolution on behalf of Provident Realty Advisors, Inc. to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs confirming Williamson County's statement of "no objection" to the proposed Auro Crossing development, located at FM 1325 and SH 45 in Precinct 1.
Background
This development will have a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units priced at 60% Area Median Income (AMI). Because the developer will be applying for tax credits through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, they must ask the governing body of the local government entity, in this case, Williamson County Commissioners Court as this project is located in the unincorporated area of the county, to provide a resolution of "no objection" to the project.
