The RFP was viewed by 41 suppliers but only one vendor submitted a proposal. Comprehensive Quality Assurance is an essential function to help Emergency Communications continue to improve 9-1-1 and responder services through education and continuous feedback to the staff.  This is a continuation of a process 9-1-1 Communications started last year with the Denise Amber Lee Foundation. Rates are $18.58 per call and Training/ Education Cost are listed as $2,500 per day, per instructor and the vendor has acknowledged the Williamson County's Vendor Reimbursement Policy.
