Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement with Southwestern University Police Department for participation and access to the County's Law Enforcement Records Management System Software and related support services.
Background
This agreement allows Southwestern University Police Department to use the County's Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS). The PD agrees to pay $1,504.16 annually along with a one-time setup fee of $653.61. These costs were calculated to recover the costs of software, servers, storage, infrastructure, and staff time. The PD will not be using County dispatch, they will only use the RMS software.
