Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Development Agreement between Williamson County and V-Tex Logistics LLC for widening of Chandler Road.
Background
V-Tex Logistics LLC will perform road widening construction of Chandler Road to install turning and acceleration lanes at their expense. The new lanes will facilitate left turns for vehicles headed into and acceleration for vehicles headed out of the fuel distribution terminal. V-Tex Logistics LLC will dedicate all road improvements to the County upon completion of the work and acceptance by the County.
