Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for Debris Materials Monitoring under RFP #1907-330.

Williamson County is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Debris Materials Monitoring. In the event of an emergency or disaster, the successful firm will be responsible for monitoring the debris removal efforts of the County’s contracted provider. Point of contact is Jarred Thomas. Funding is only provided in the case of a declared emergency and will be identified at that time. This expenditure is not budgeted for due to its nature as a pre-disaster contract.
