Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #1811-273 Utility Coordination to the most qualified firm Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc., and authorizing execution of the contract for engineering services.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Utility Coordination. 2,542 firms were invited to respond of which 34 firms viewed the solicitation and 7 firms responded. The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee and Cobb, Fendley was determined to be the most qualified under the scope of work. This agreement has a compensation cap of $3,000,000.00 (Road Bond Related) and $500,000.00 (Non-Road Bond Related). Point of contact is Bob Daigh. Funding source 01.0200.0210.004100 or specific project funds as required. Expenditure was budgeted for FY19.
