Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Consulting Services Agreement between Williamson County and HDR Engineering, Inc. to provide consulting services related to the Williamson County Landfill with a not-to-exceed amount of $25,000, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for as-needed consulting services related to the Williamson County Landfill for an initial term of two (2) years. Purchasing sought informal statements of qualifications for these services and received five (5) responses. NewGen Strategies was previously awarded a contract for these services on 7/9/19 agenda, Item #38 and HDR Engineering is being recommended as an alternate provider on an as-needed basis. Point of contact is Bob Daigh. Services will be billed as-needed at the rates of negotiated agreement with a not-to-exceed amount of $25,000 for the life of the contract. Funding source Landfill Site Development Fund. Budgeted FY19.
