Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Johnson Control Fire Protection LP per the terms of Sourcewell Contract #031517 SGL to provide upgrade of the existing Simplex 4100U to a new 4100ES, in the amount of $204,600.00, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

This agreement is to allow Johnson Control Fire Protection LP to upgrade the existing units provided from Sourcewell Contract 031517 SGL. Department point of contact is Tom Stanfield. Funding Source 01.0100.01009.005300. Budgeted in FY19.
