Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #1904-311 Limestone Terrace and Quarry Rim Drive Reconstruction - Sonterra Commercial Subdivision to the lowest responsive bidder Pro Dirt Services, LLC., and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Purchasing solicited bids for Limestone Terrace Reconstruction. 2,634 suppliers were invited to submit bids of which 55 suppliers viewed the bid documents and 5 suppliers responded. After a review of the bids submitted it was determined that Pro Dirt Services returned the lowest responsive bid. Road & Bridge is recommending Pro Dirt for award in the amount of $1,060,707.70. Point of contact is Terron Evertson. Funding source P481. This project was budgeted for FY19.
