Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #1903-303 Engineering Services for Smith Branch Flood Control near Juvenile Justice Center to the most qualified firm Doucet & Associates, Inc. and authorizing execution of the contract for engineering services.
Background
Purchasing solicited statements of qualifications for Engineering Services - Smith Branch Flood Control. 1,463 firms were invited to submit of which 20 firms viewed the documents and 2 firms responded. After an evaluation of the firms that responded it was determined that Doucet & Associates was the most qualified to perform the services requested. This contract will have a compensation cap of $650,000.00. Point of contact is Bob Daigh. Funding source P519. This project was funded for FY19.
