Harper & Associates, LP and Williamson County for the purchase and installation of shade structures at the Animal Shelter in the amount of $23,943.82, pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #512-16.
Background
Approval of this agenda item will support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. These shade structures will be for play yards. Attachments include the quote for the purchase that requires signature along with a rock clause and service agreement. Legal and contract audit have reviewed these documents.
