Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Quality Tree and Lawn and Williamson County for Tree Pruning Project at Berry Springs Park, in the not-to-exceed amount of $30,025.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
A Request for Quotation was sent to five vendors, only two of which responded with a quote for this Tree Pruning Project. Quality Tree and Lawn provided the lowest quote and Parks recommended this company to be selected. Quality Tree and Lawn performed this service last Fiscal Year and the Parks Department is satisfied with the work performed. Point of Contact is Terry Roberts. Funding source 01 0100 3101 005300, approved in FY2019 budget.
