Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and W.E. Imhoff & Company, Inc d/b/a Intertech Flooring to provide labor and material for carpet installation at the Central Maintenance Facility, in the amount of $4,884.00 for FY19 and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Background

This service agreement is for the labor and material necessary to install carpet and rubber base from the Main Hallway from inside door to front desk at the Central Maintenance Facility. All work will be done during normal working hours.  Department point of contact is Bob Lubecker. Funding Source 01.0100.01026.004509, FY19 Budget.
