Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on designating the Williamson County Engineer as the Williamson County Commissioners Court’s designee for issuing final plat approvals that must be issued pursuant to Chapter 232 of the Texas Local Government Code prior to the next scheduled session of the Williamson County Commissioners Court provided that any such final plat approvals are placed on the agenda for ratification by the Williamson County Commissioners Court at its next scheduled session.
Background
By assigning the County Engineer as the Court’s designee, Williamson County will be positioned to continue providing high quality customer service and to comply with changes required by HB 3167.
