Background
Purchasing solicited sealed bids for CR 172 Milling and Overlay. 12 suppliers participated in the solicitation of which 4 suppliers submitted a bid. The bids received were evaluated by Road & Bridge and it was determined that Texas Materials submitted the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $1,087,161.57.
