Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the Voluntary Record of Broker for the following employee benefits: (Voluntary Group Critical Accident, Illness, PrePaid Legal, and Info Armor Identify Theft Protection.
Background
Voluntary Record of Broker to be changed from the current broker (BenePlace) to Winston Financial Services. This will simply the enrollment for employees into one seamless enrollment portal through the Winston Benefits Portal.
Beneplace will continue to only provide our Discount Purchase Program e.g. (travel/hotel/rental cars, theme parks, tire purchases, etc.) for all full time employees at no cost to the County. Purchases are made directly by the employee to a vendor offering the discount.
