Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the Winston Financial Services Addendum.
Background
Currently employees complete enrollment in two separate portals, one through Winston Benefits Portal (Medical, Dental, FSA) and the second portal through Beneplace for Voluntary Benefits (Critical Illness/Critical Accident/Pre-Paid Legal, Identify Theft Protection.)
This solution will simplify for employees one seamless enrollment through the Winston Benefits Portal.
Williamson County will remit the Voluntary Deductions for these elected benefits to Winston Benefits for remittal and payment to the appropriate vendors.
