Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of contract 1708-185 renewal period 2 with Westwood Pharmacy for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for Williamson County Jail Pharmaceutical Service and Supplies for the term of October 17, 2019 - October 16, 2020.
Background
This is the second and last renewal option for this contract for Williamson County Jail Pharmaceutical Service and Supplies. The Corrections department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that states the vendor, Westwood Pharmacy, met all county requirements and recommends renewal. Department point of contact is Douglas Wheless. Approved in the FY20 budget under funding source Pharmaceuticals, 01.0100.0570.003307.
