Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the replat of Lot 34, Block 12 of the Sonterra West Section 7 Phase 2A-1 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is a replat of Lot 34, Block 12 of the Sonterra West Section 7 Phase 2A-1 subdivision.  This replat will subdivide one existing lot into four newly configured lots. There are no new roadways.
