Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing a blanket purchase order for Fleet Services to Arnold Oil in the amount of $75,000.
Background
This purchase is exempt from the competitive bidding requirements as allowed per the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions Section 262.024 (a) (11). The court has previously granted this exemption. There is no attachment for a blanket purchase order. Funding was approved in the FY2020 budget. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0882.0882.003303. Department contact is Kevin Teller.
