Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a blanket purchase order for ITS for Suddenlink in the amount of $107,500, exempting this purchase from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024.(7)(C).
Background
This is a blanket PO for Annual Suddenlink Renewal for ITS. Suddenlink is the only provider in the area for this utility service. Funding source 01.0100.0503.004210. Funding was approved in FY20 budget.
