Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of a Second Amendment to the License & Use Agreement with the Williamson County Sun for a newspaper rack at the Justice Center.
Background
This is the second amendment to the standard license agreement with the Williamson County Sun for a newspaper rack at the Justice Center and donation of proceeds to Employee Fund pursuant to Tex Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032. This will extend the term of the agreement for an additional 5 (five) years until September 30, 2024. Funding: This is a revenue generating account.
