Purchasing solicited sealed proposals for custodial services. Six (6) suppliers participated in the solicitation of which two (2) suppliers submitted a response. The responses were thoroughly evaluated by an evaluation committee, interviews were held with both respondents and McLemore was determined to have provided the best value proposal to the County. After contract negotiations the total contract amount will be $2,271,264.72 annually with an initial two (2) year term beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2021 with the possibility of four (4) annual extensions thereafter.
