Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for parking garage limited structural assessment. Four (4) suppliers participated in the solicitation of which one (1) supplier submitted a response. The response was thoroughly evaluated by an evaluation committee and Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. was determined to have provided the best value proposal to the County.
