Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a renewal agreement between Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Williamson County Attorney's Office for a postage machine lease in the amount of $140.32 per month, billed quarterly at $420.93, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this lease agreement renewal will support the operations of the County Attorney's office. Renewal of their current lease and equipment is less expensive than pursuing a new lease. This lease renewal at a discounted price is not covered under a cooperative. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0475.004216 . Funding was approved in the FY2020 budget.
